    • In this part of the complete warm up we focus on glute activation. Glute strength is a critical component for basketball performance and injury prevention via lateral stabilization and hip extension. Glute activation also helps decrase dyanmic knee valgus which plays a huge role in injuries such as ACL and meniscus tears.

st glute activation exercise is monster walks with jab steps using a basketball.

nd glute activation exercise is monster walks with crossover dribble.

rd glute activation exercise is mini lunge series forward and backward while dribbling.

th glute activation exercise is jab step series.

th glute activation exercise is lateral walks while dribbling.
