    • In the plyometric activation series we focus on landing mechanics. We intruct the athlete how to absorb shock and stabilize in one/two legs. A lot of the injuries that occur in basketball are non contact and can be significantly be reduced by focusing on landing mechanics. We go over both double leg and single leg plyometric activation. 

      1st playometric exercise is double leg broad jumping. 

      2nd plyometric exercise is single leg to double leg broad jumping. 

      3rd plyometric exercise is double leg to single leg broad jumping. 

      4th plyometric exercise is single leg euro step bounding. 

      5th plyometric exercise is single leg lateral hops. 

      6th plyometric exercise is single leg forward/backwards hops.
