As a current head coach and former Division 1 College assistant my passion is to HELP Coaches Get Better. As a professional player and college athlete I ran the Princeton and 5-out offense at William and Mary. I have also studied teams all across the country who run the same system. After playing overseas and in the NBA G-Leage I have fallen in love with the european style of play which prioritized ball movement, spacing, movement, and ball screens. As the game of basketball evolves to prioritize spacing, skill, and shooting I beleive these concepts are critical for any coach. My areas of interest include:

After nearly a decade of college coaching experience, I currently lead the men's basketball program at the Baylor School while running the site Aretehoops where I write about all things hoops, leadership, and the pursuit of excellence.
