This is an advanced course covering the coaching points needed to successfully execute this concept. This course is designed to give the coach complete understanding of the Duo concept out of both 11 personnel and 12 personnel. The progression of teaching and coaching the 11 personnel play is relatively simple. As you expand and get involved with this play in 12 personnel the looks and rules change and this course will teach you to coordinate your blocking schemes and teach the ball carrier how to run this play flawlessly.

You will hear 2 different count systems and the importance of coordinating the blocking unit with the Back. Also the complimentary zone runs like Arc, Pin and the Open side zone discussed. This is an advanced course covering the entire job description of the Running Back position. The course will cover these phases in detail - running the ball, blocking for the ball, receiving the ball, and protecting the ball. Other areas covered will be practice and meeting plan organization and improving your players with deliberate drills and coaching points. Also as a bonus you will hear several pro and college coaches in a round table discussion talk through important aspects of coaching the position. 

This is an advanced course covering the coaching points needed to successfully execute Gap run schemes. This course is designed to give the coach complete understanding of the coordination between the running back and the offensive line as it pertains to Power and Counter. The progression will go through lineman techniques, rules and RB reads. When you think scheme not plays you can add this dominating blocking scheme to your offensive arsenal regardless of what offense you run.  

Some coaches have the mindset that a Back either has "IT" or he doesn't. That "IT" factor can be taught and this video will give you the neccesary tools to properly instruct your ball carriers on their eye progression and vision.
