Description
Some coaches have the mindset that a Back either has "IT" or he doesn't. That "IT" factor can be taught and this video will give you the neccesary tools to properly instruct your ball carriers on their eye progression and vision. We will take an in depth look at all blocking schemes through the eyes of the runner. This course will also talk about both 1st level and 2nd level reads and give the benefits of both. This eye training system will allow your ball carriers to be decisive and more productive in your offense.

I am a veteran football coach who loves the game and has used it as a vehicle to shape and educate players and coaches throughout my career. I have over 25 years of experience spanning high school, college, and professional football. During my career as a college coach I developed over a dozen running backs that went on to play in the NFL. During the 2022 NFL season, as the Chicago Bears Running Back Coach we led the league in rushing.
