Description

Want to become a getter athlete.  In this 3 day program, you will work on agility, jumping, and body weight exercise.  Do each workout once a week for 4 weeks.  

Example:  Monday - Agility     Wednesday - Jumping       Friday - Body Weight

You can do each workout as many times you want and any order you want during the week.

At Backyard Basketball Academy, we believe you don't need special equipment to get better.  We want you to work on your game in your own home, driveway, or backyard.
