This course was very well written for a High School basketball player to gain strength. The day to day workout plan with videos is very helpful for an individual player to build strength and have a set plan. All of these workouts are all body weight and do not require a gym, making it very easy for players to improve there strength individually.

As a high school basketball player, this course makes workouts simple yet beneficial and detailed. The videos make this workout plan very easy to follow and are very easy to access. This challenge allows me to stay consistent in working out when I am not able to get to a gym. I highly recommend this program with it's safe and affective manner making sure to prevent injury.

This course provides a step by step body-weight exercise schedule for basketball players. It includes videos of these exercises to demonstrate proper form and technique. By learning this new weight-free routine, I no longer have to rely on going to the gym for a good workout.

I have been training with these guys for 11 years now, soon to be 12 and I cannot begin to elaborate on how important and under-rated body weight is to the game of basketball. This course has definitely helped me get my body back in shape and in proper condition to take on the weight and burden of a complete season of college basketball. Especially being a college athlete for the past 2 years and approaching my third, these workouts have aided in the acceleration and improvement of my game and basketball IQ.
