The Coach
My name is Greg McWilliams, I have coached girls’ basketball for 30 years. I cut my teeth in the profession in the highly competitive gyms of West Texas. My career has been highlighted by 2 trips to the Region IV Regional Tournament. I am the current Head Girls Basketball Coach at Southwest Legacy High School in San Antonio. I had the honor of opening the school and laying the foundation for the girls’ basketball program. In our brief time as a varsity program we have produced 2 one thousand point scorers and qualified for the playoffs 2 out of 3 years. At Southwest Legacy, we pride ourselves on our togetherness and how hard we play.
