Stationary Ball Handling - Advancedby Andy Cox
Want to get better "handles", but don't have a lot of room to work? At Backyard Basketball Academy, we believe you don't need special equipment to get better. We want you to work on your game in your own home, driveway, or backyard.
This course is split up into 2 workouts. Do each workout twice a week (1 minute per drill) for 3 weeks to get more comfortable handling the ball. The more comfortable you are with your "handles", and more confident you'll be on the court.
