Tyler Whitcomb is currently the Boys’ Head Varsity Basketball Coach at West Michigan Aviation Academy. He is the creator of the elevation offense and his helped orchestrate a number of basketball camps throughout his career including stints at Five Star, Reebok’s Bobby Hurley camp, McCracken Camp, and Bradley University. Coach Whitcomb also was a professional basketball owner of the Grand Rapids Flight and the Holland Blast of the International Basketball League. During his time in the IBL, Whitcomb won the Executive of the Year Award in 2006 as both of his teams reached the Final Four of the IBL in a league of 29 teams. For Synergy Sports Technology, Coach Whitcomb also developed scouting reports for teams in the NBA, the collegiate level, and for high school programs. Coach Whitcomb's experiences from the professional level on down have given him a unique insight into the state of today's game.
