Why are you a coach? What makes your approach unique? This course will give you a framework from which to operate as a coach.
Session 1 introduces the concept of a developing a coaching philosophy. We define a coaching philosophy, propose a formula for determining your coaching philosophy, and discuss what it means to be a transformational coach.
Session 2 introduces the concept of core values, discuss the definition of core values, and look at a case study.
As a bonus, you'll find interviews with championship level NCAA coaches (women's basketball and soccer) who share with us: why they became a coach; their purspose as a coach; and their core values as a coach.

Dennis Chamberlain has been with GSP for 12 years, and since 2015, he has been GSP's International Director. Coach Chamberlain holds the A-Level Coaching Diploma from the Cyprus Basketball Federation, the highest certification offered. He has been coaching basketball for 10 years and is currently the Head Coach of U22 Men at Club Baloncesto Las Rozas en Madrid, Spain.
