On March 1, 2021, the Green Bay Packers promoted Adam Stenavich to offensive line/run game coordinator. For the past two seasons, Stenavich has served as the Packers' offensive line coach. He coached a line that blocked for a league-leading offense in scoring, giveaways, and time of possession last season. Against the run, they were tied for second in sacks allowed, fifth in total offense, and third in yardage. In 2020, Green Bay allowed one sack/zero sacks in a league-high 13 games, tying for the most in a single season in franchise history. The line assisted RB Aaron Jones in setting a single-season franchise record for yards per carry among players with 200 or more carries. Stenavich joined the Packers after working for the San Francisco 49ers as an assistant offensive line coach. Prior to joining the 49ers, Stenavich spent six years in the college ranks. He first worked as a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Michigan, then a graduate assistant for the Wolverines then coached the offensive lines at Northern Arizona University and San Jose State. Stenavich played college football for six years before joining the 49ers. He began his career at the University of Michigan as a strength and conditioning intern, then as a graduate assistant for the Wolverines, before coaching offensive lines at Northern Arizona University and San Jose State.
