Dante Bartee, currently serving as a defensive analyst at the University of Oregon, has swiftly emerged as a standout in the coaching realm, earning comparisons to the "Good Will Hunting" of defensive football. Before his role at Oregon, Bartee played a pivotal role as the lead defensive analyst at the University of Southern Mississippi, collaborating closely with the defensive coordinator and focusing on inside linebackers. His coaching journey includes a stint as a graduate assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, where he worked extensively with the scout team, coached inside linebackers, conducted breakdowns and analytics, and contributed to on-campus recruiting and evaluations. During his time at Cal, Bartee worked alongside notable coaches such as Peter Sirmon, Tim Deruyter, and Andrew Browning, and had the privilege of mentoring standout linebackers Evan Weaver and Kiun Deng, who excelled as top tacklers in NCAA Division I, with Weaver earning accolades as the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and a consensus All-American.
