The Coach
Johnathan Coleman is a sports performance coach and Owner and Operator of Improve Athletics. He holds certifications through a myriad of organizations including EXOS, The National Sports Performance Association and the International Youth Conditioning Association. He earned a bachelors degree from Boston College (‘13) where he played Division I football at the wide receiver position and started 3 years.
Training athletes since 2013, Johnathan has helped hundreds of athletes become better versions of themselves through his organized results driven approach and philosophies.
