Coach Joe Connoly is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Arizona State University. Coach has spent years in the Pac 12 and all across college football. He focuses on the High School weightroom in this session. He provides great insight on developing a S&C program at the High School level, increasing performance and getting results. Coach Tim Dougherty has been a Head Coach in Ilinois for many years, having great success there. Coach now lives and works in Arizona as a Defensive Coordinator and S&C coach at Hamilton HS in the Phoenix area. In this session, Coach takes us through how he developed his S&C program so that it contributes towards building "Program Development" at the High School level. Coach delivers a ton of great ideas, using his 30 plus years of being a High School coach.
Coach Charlie Ragle provides some great insight and scheme on his Special Teams package. Coach Ragle, now Head Coach at Idaho State University has been a leading teacher of Special Teams throughout the Pac 12. His insights are well worth your time on this special session.
