Mike Waufle - Defensive Line Body Mechanics
by COOL ClinicDescription
What are the best coaches teaching their defensive linemen?
Being an offensive line coach also requires understanding the mechanics of defensive line play. Long-time NFL defensive line coach Mike Waufle coached greats like Aaron Donald and knows the fine details of how the body works for a defensive lineman.
He shares everything from the specifics of what he teaches for feet, hands, and hips. He shares how to create lift as well as the details of creating a pass rush plan.
If you are a defensive line coach, this is one you want in your library, and if you are an offensive line coach, consider it counterintelligence. Either way, this is a great course to study.
