Rethinking Defense: From Structure to Communication with Dante Barteeby Lauren's First and Goal
In this course, Coach Dante Bartee explains how he is able to rethink and restructure his defense and how they communicate on the field. In order to do this, you have to establish your methods and principles that will be drilled into your team on a daily basis in practice.
The first part of Coach Bartees course will cover his philosophy. This involves tying in his zone defense with run fit spacings and those principles he preaches to the team. Once the philosophy is established, you can focus on the structure of your defense. Coach Bartees structure revolves around his tactics and how he can implement them into the team. Other concepts of structuring the defense include Match Up Defense, Personnel, Restructuring Mechanics & calls, and putting conceptual frameworks together.
Coach Bartee finishes the course with a Q/A and going over eye control. Click the ‘Book This Course’ button at the top right of this page, place your order, and you’ll immediately be logged into the training with full access.
