After two seasons on the Dartmouth strength and conditioning staff, Spencer Brown was hired as the Holekamp Family Director of Strength, Speed, & Conditioning in the summer of 2016. Brown works directly with the Coaching Staff, Athletic Trainers, and Student-Athletes to develop individualized year-round strength and conditioning programs for each sport. In addition his duties include supervising two assistant coaches as well as strength and conditioning interns.

As the strength coach at Dartmouth, Brown works closely with Peak Performance to help give the athletes the tools they need to be successful on the field and in the classroom.
