Staff manual book. This book is to be used when you have got "The Job" and your staff needs to know your expectations. I make copies of this book for everyone on staff so there are no question of what is expected throughout the season. This shows them you are serious and prepared for the upcoming season. This particular book was used in 2021 for my staff at West Bladen HS in North Carolina. You have to be prepared and do your research to make this book fit the problems or concerns with each specific school. Be thorough with your approach to make sure you and your staff are on the same page.
