Steve Cooper joined the Maine coaching staff in 2023 as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Prior to Maine, Steve Cooper was a senior offensive analyst for the University of Nebraska. Before joining Nebraska in 2018, he was the offensive coordinator at his alma mater Portland State after joining the staff as a graduate assistant working with Tight Ends and Quarterbacks.
