Tommy Moffitt – Texas A&M

Director of Football Strength & Conditioning

Tommy Moffitt is one of the most accomplished and respected strength and conditioning coaches in college football history, bringing more than 30 years of experience developing championship-caliber athletes and programs. He currently serves as the Director of Football Strength & Conditioning at Texas A&M, where he joined Mike Elko’s staff in 2024.

Moffitt’s impact has extended far beyond the weight room. His programs have helped establish the physical toughness, accountability and competitive culture behind some of college football’s most dominant teams. In 2025, his work at Texas A&M helped the Aggies reach their first College Football Playoff appearance and finish the season ranked No. 8 nationally.
