In this presentation, Coach Fly will dive into how create & develop your own "TIER System" model for your strength programs.  Using this system developed by Joe Kenn, it will fundamentaly change the way you approach your schools/teams training session on a daily, weekly, & yearly basis.  Coach Fly will break this down into 9 easy steps:

2. Classify movements as Total, Lower, or Upper

3. Label/identify foundational movements

4. Label assistance/secondary movements

5. Label specificity of the movements
