Lessons
The Coach
Tucker Meyer served as North Dakota State's defensive quality control coach, assisting with the outside linebackers during the 2023 football season. Before joining the Bison staff, Meyer spent a year at Charlotte in 2022 and two years as a defensive graduate assistant at Mississippi State in 2020 and 2021, where he worked with NDSU defensive tackles coach Jeff Phelps. He also has experience at the FCS level with Montana, where he was a defensive graduate assistant in 2019.
Meyer is a graduate of Rocky Mountain College in Billings and began his coaching career at Dickinson State as the linebackers coach and special teams coordinator in 2017. In 2018, he joined former NDSU defensive coordinator Jason Petrino's staff at Rocky Mountain as the secondary coach and special teams coordinator.
