The Coach
Zach Riepma, with six years of coaching experience, started as a wide receivers coach at Northwood University and later became the offensive coordinator, overseeing tasks like play-calling, academic monitoring, and creating scouting reports. His tenure saw significant offensive achievements, with the Timberwolves averaging over 200 rushing yards and nearly 26 points per game in the 2017 season.
Before Northwood, Riepma worked as a graduate assistant at Central Michigan University, focusing on wide receivers, and also had a stint at Wayne State University as a graduate assistant working with defensive backs. He comes from a football-oriented family, with his father, Pat Riepma, having a notable coaching career at Northwood, where he holds the record for most wins as the head coach.
