I just finished the "After The Final Whistle: Performance Strategies to Kickoff Your Off-Season" by Coach Bill Delongis, and it was one of the most refreshing online courses I've taken. What stood out most was its simplicity and practicality. Unlike many courses that preach a single “correct” way to train, Coach Delongis approached things from multiple angles—addressing common team issues like lack of strength, speed, or experience—and showed how to diagnose these problems and apply the right tools to build an effective off-season program. Every minute of the course was purposeful—no fluff, just clear, actionable strategies. It was straight to the point, which made the learning experience incredibly valuable. Highly recommend for any coaches serious about development their athletes and coaches of any age looking for refreshing , but fundamental, programming strategies.

Really liked this course, it has exposed to me to the many different methods and techniques that I can implement with my own teams as they enter the off-season. Definitely a course that I will be returning to again when I need a refresher on these topics. Examples were also very helpful in providing a guide of how to create the programs from these methods`
