This program is designed for beginners or anyone looking for a reset. This program will utilize a days 1x20 method and 2 days of Contra-lateral style lift.

1x20 will have various movements to expose the athlete to start developing a neural adaptation for the athlete to develop an idea of the movement patterns to prep for heavier loads down the line.

Contra-lateral work is movements done on the upper and lower along opposite sides of the body to further drive the neural link between the body. Creating better spatial awareness as the athlete starts their training journey.
