Guide to Crawling with Resistance

The Guide to Crawling with Resistance is a step by step instructional of basic crawling patterns using 4 different tools (mini-bands, kettlebells, sandbags, and a combination of resistance band & sandbag) that can be used as an active recovery workout, or implemented into an existing strength training program. The focus of adding resistance to these crawling patterns is to enhance muscular strength and joint stability, while still improving mobility, coordination, balance, and endurance. Be sure to have the proper movement mechanics down efficiently using your bdoyweight before adding any resistance, as loading an improper movement pattern could lead to futher imbalances and possible injury. Crawling with resistance is an efficient way to enhance your movement quality and performance, whether your focused on athletic development or overall fitness.
