Super Hero Training: Black Widow Training (Fighting, Stretching and Ballet)by Simone Marini
Inspired by the Avenger Black Widow, the only one without super powers, but still a valuable memebr of the team. I took 3 aspect of her Russian Spy training and styles, so here is what you find:
- Yoga/Stretching Training: to become flexible to escape in many situations and perform amazing techniques.
- Russian Systema Training: this is the fighting style used by russian special forces, it includes hand to hand combat, evasion techniques, short stick fight and gun training.
- Ballet Training: gracefull and strong, ballerinas looks pretty and soft on the stage, but the training they do is hard and challenging.
This 3 training combined will give you the calorie burning, muscle build and flexibility to perform better in any other sport or martial art you are already training for, or even if you are a beginner this will give you even new skills.
Bonus: if you are into acting or stunts, this is a good basic to get more works.
