My name is Simone Marini.
I teach Kung Fu Shaolin, Parkour and gymnastics. I got certified as Personal Trainer, Functional Training instructor, Physical preparation coach, Russian Systema Instructor, Kickboxing Instructor.
I would like to share a different way of working out that is not just doing some exercices, but develop some usefull skills. That's why I use a crosstraining type of workout.
