Super Hero Training: Spider-Man (Agility, Mobility, Sensitivity)by Simone Marini
A workout inspired by the popular hero Spider-Man. The training focuses in 3 different workours: Agility (jumps and Parkour), Mobility (dinamic stretching and functional strength) and Sensitivity (meditation, ananching the senses. This 3 workouts combined will provide a growth in your propriocettivity and muscolar coordination, but also it helps you to be more aware to the environment around you.
Follow the schedule from beginner to Webslinger every six weeks. Most of the exercices do not need tools, but the few of them are easy to get.

I would like to share a different way of working out that is not just doing some exercices, but develop some usefull skills. That's why I use a crosstraining type of workout.
