John Williams is a trainer, speed coach, and the founder of Next Level Training Institute. NLT is a youth athlete program focused on speed and strength for a variety of sports. Over the years, John has compiled a unique experience revolving around youth, sports, and fitness. He began his training experience over fifteen years ago, when he was a trainer for both men’s strength-training and bodybuildiing teams. John also has been involved as a Boys and Girls Club leader and a youth coach.
