The best place and time to improve is when away from the normal game. Here Jamie, his close friends, and family help illustrate different shooting practices and types to do when outside of a practice setting. What he teaches is often overlooked in typical practice settings. Players spend TOO much time shooting on empty nets. These methods will mold you into a better lacrosse shooter and player. 

This course contains different shooting drills that emphasize the different important aspects. Concepts such as Deception and Timing are well implemented into the various drills. This course offers a great opportunity to stay constantly improving lacrosse shooting from the convenience of your back yard.
