RunnerDude's 12-Week Beginning Running Program will take you from no running to running 30 minutes solid by the end of the 12 weeks. The program's focus is building endurance, not pace or distance, making it perfect for beginners. The program consists of several videos covering Form, Function, Gear, and The Plan as well as Weekly Tips for during the 12 weeks of running.
You will need a good pair of running shoes and a watch or interval timer. I recommend the GYMBOSS interval timer (http://www.gymboss.com) or any phone app interval timer will do as well. You'll also need to download the 12-week plan, Good Running Form handout, and the Stretching handout (all included in pdf format).
