Carol Vaughn is a veteran coach with 34 years of experience in coaching and education. She has been the head softball coach at Andrews High School for 18 years, where she led her team to the state finals for the first time in school history.

As a player, she was a state champion high school athlete and a college pitcher at Cameron University. Her coaching philosophy centers on building a strong team culture based on the SOUL principles (Selfless, Ownership, Unity, and Larger Purpose).
