Kiki Stokes O'Connor (Kansas City)

Kiki Stokes O’Connor, a Kansas City native, became head coach of Kansas City Softball on July 18, 2022, and will begin her fourth season with the Roos in 2026. Under her leadership, the program has achieved historic milestones, including a record-setting eight All-League honorees in 2024 and a 14-win improvement that season, leading to the best postseason seeding since 2016. In 2025, she continued to drive player development, earning All-League honors for Briona Woods and Gianna Lickel.

Her coaching experience includes guiding Upper Iowa to a postseason berth and leading South Dakota State to its first NCAA Regional. A standout athlete at Nebraska, she was a two-time NFCA All-American and First Team All-Big Ten, and went on to play professionally in the NPF, helping secure the 2017 championship with the Scrap Yard Dawgs. Passionate about inclusion in softball, she also co-founded This Is Us Softball to foster diversity and opportunity in the sport.
