Hired to restart the West Texas A&M softball program following a 24-year absence in December 2004, Kevin Blaskowski wasted little time in building the Lady Buffs into a perennial national title contender, culminating in the 2014 NCAA Division II national championship. With 22 years of head coaching experience, Blaskowski is nearing the 700-win plateau with an overall record of 672-496, including a 320-219 mark and four NCAA tournament berths at West Texas A&M. Blaskowski’s squads have claimed Lone Star Conference and LSC Tournament titles, two South Central Regional championships and a South Central Super Regional title.
