Bill Vasko is the founder of XO Coach and Maxx Athletes, companies that focus on producing resources for coaches and athletes. He has over 25 years of experience as a coach and administrator at the high school and collegiate level, having served as an assistant and head coach in 3 different sports at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III levels.

Outside of coaching, Bill operates his own softball camp company for college bound student-athletes. He also spends time educating student-athletes and parents on the athletic recruiting process. He especially enjoys working with young athletes during the recruiting process, helping them to navigate the process and achieve their goals.
