The Coach

Emmy Kaiser, a distinguished wheelchair tennis coach, hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of St. Henry High School. With remarkable achievements to her name, Kaiser clinched gold for doubles wheelchair tennis and silver for singles at the 2011 Parapan American Games. Residing in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, Kaiser battles and triumphs over the challenges posed by spina bifida. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and pursued further studies in exercise and sport psychology at Ball State University, sparked by her encounter with a sports psychologist during her time with the U.S. Paralympic Junior National team at the age of 14. Inspired by the legendary Esther Vergeer, Kaiser's passion for tennis blossomed, despite her setbacks at the 2012 and 2014 Paralympic Games. Recognized for her exceptional talent, Kaiser was named Player of the Year by the International Tennis Federation in 2016 and was honored with induction into the Northern Kentucky Sports Hall of Fame in 2017.
