Clark O’Connell – Assistant Coach / Strength & Conditioning
Clark O’Connell serves as an assistant coach with a focus on strength and conditioning. He supports players through physical preparation and mobility work, contributing to overall athletic development.
Clark has prior coaching experience with McKinney Boyd and brings a background in strength training and CrossFit. Working alongside the head coach, he plays a role in the program’s off-season training and physical development efforts.
Logan Daniell – Head Tennis Coach, Melissa High School
Logan Daniell is the head tennis coach at Melissa High School, currently in their seventh year leading the program. Logan has spent 12–15 years attending coaching conferences, continuously learning and applying new ideas to build a strong, organized tennis program.
Coming from a coaching family, Logan was influenced by a mother who coached tennis for 30 years and achieved state-level recognition through the TTCA, as well as a father who coached football, basketball, and track. These experiences shaped his coaching approach centered on preparation, athleticism, accountability, and off-season development.
Logan emphasizes player evaluations, individual meetings, reflection, and planning, with a strong focus on off-season work and physical preparation to help athletes improve and prepare for competitive play.
