VISUAL TENNIS LESSONS and Strokes Progression Drills

VISUAL TENNIS LESSONS and Strokes Progression Drills

Description

Did you know that 65% of people retain more information through visual than auditory learning?
This is especially true when it comes to sports, where visual cues can be more effective than auditory ones.
This type of instruction is based on the principle that by seeing the movements of a performer, one can EASILY learn to replicate those movements.
Tennis is a fascinating sport with a great number of technical elements that must be considered. But it can be difficult for new or inexperienced players, who may find it confusing.
Fortunately, there is now an easier way to LEARN or TEACH tennis following visual technique progressions.
These progressions help players understand the mechanics of the game, making it easier to learn and play.

The VISUAL TENNIS LESSONS AND PROGRESSION DRILLS is an instructional program designed to make the complex technical elements of tennis much simpler to understand and remember.

This program is BEST for:
- Tennis coaches who are looking for an easy way to teach tennis strokes technique.
- Beginning players who want to learn proper technique but don't have access to a professional tennis coach to guide them.
- Players who are already familiar with the tennis strokes but need a refresher while training for better consistency and ball control.

Lessons, Drills and Tips for Players and Tennis Coaches

Follow

Hi, I'm Cosmin Miholca, a tennis coach with over two decades of experience coaching in Southern California and Europe.

I picked up tennis when I was 12 years old, learning from my father. While he loved the sport, he couldn't teach me the basics, so I had to figure out a lot on my own. Through trial and error, I realized that tennis isn't as hard as it seems. If you master the fundamental techniques first, everything else becomes much easier.

With my Visual Tennis Lessons course, I want to show players and coaches that learning or teaching tennis can be a breeze by following a simple step-by-step approach.

I hope you enjoy this course and share what you learn with fellow players and family members, so you can all have fun playing this amazing sport together.
