The Coach

Hannah Eboagu is a Registered and Adaptive Dietitian based in Dallas, specializing in nutrition for strength-based athletes at all levels. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from Baylor University and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is the owner of Equipped Wellness, a nutrition consulting based in DFW which services athletes and individuals all over the country. She provides nutrition consulting for free agents, transition athletes, and teams.  She is also a nutrition communicator in the media, sharing expert insights through events and television appearances.

Her experience includes implementing sports nutrition programs in high schools, D2 & D3 colleges, and performance facilities. She has also worked with Baylor Athletics and supported athletes in football, baseball, acro & tumbling, tennis, and sprinting. She was also part of the care team for two 2024 Paris olympics athletes and has contributed to NFL Combine and Draft prep with EXOS.
