How to Build a School-Wide Speed Training Program Where Everybody Wins

Description

In this course, I'll explain how I've created a speed training program for all athletes in our school -- not just track and field athletes. I'll teach you the importance of prioritizing speed for your out-of-season athletes to improve their performance in season, show you know what you'll need to start your own, and provide you with ideas for how to conduct your own training sessions.

This talk was part of the 2022 Virtual Speed and Performance Clinic, sponsored by SimpliFaster.

Be sure to check out SimpliFaster for your sports technology needs, especially the items mentioned in this talk: the Freelap Timing System and the Just Jump Mat.
