Shoulder Twist and Back

The title says it all if you have problems maintaining a great posture, deep breathing, or range of motion in the upper body this routine will not only address all the necessary stretches needed it will focus on back. When the back is tight the shoulders pick up the slack. The shoulders are vulnerable and the joint is shallow, so if this is your area of trouble this is the routine for you. 90 Degree Warrior Pose – Abs and Back
Take your yoga with you! Follow along as Gwen leads leads you through a live spring yoga session. Lets get in touch with the power laying dormant in your lower body. This routine will build strength in the legs which will increase power. At the same time opening and increasing flexibility to create the perfect storm. This routine is the traditional salutation to the earth with a Gwen twist. I always add a few surprises to keep you interested and involved.
