Hi Warriors. Give this workout ago. This is day 4 of the challenge and things are going well. The workout is a TABATA, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds so total of 4 minutes of work on each exercise. The exercises are on the beginning of the video and during if following along, the orbit levers are not on as the video cut out but hold your legs in the air when lying down and make small circles, hands on the floor. Hope you enjoy.
