    • The Ankle Rocker Drill is an awesome mobility exercise for increasing range of motion at the ankle joint. Limited range of motion at this joint can lead to an inefficient sprint gait cycle, specifically the push off phase as well as poor depth during exercises such as the squat, lunge or D-lift.

      We usually perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions on each side!
