    Hip Flexor Holds

     view description
    • The hip flexor does not fully activate until 90º of hip flexion. Use a wall or fence to rest your shoulders against. Place your fingertips by your ears and elevated your leg so the knee is EVEN or ABOVE the waist. Point the toes up and hold for :5, then relax. Make sure the opposite knee is straight. Then repeat!

We usually perform 3-4 sets of 10 repetitions on each leg with a :5 HOLD.
