A little bit from the teachers point of view regarding the course. -
"this is a course focusing more on getting over fear, getting strong and from there moving forward, when it comes to improving your skills i.e (form, and fine tuning, will come later but for a beginner, you need to gain strength and confidence and the drills and leading up skills will do that for you) and the sense of achievement is needed to keep you training and motivated.
