As we all know at time we can be our own worst enemy. The harder we try to accomphish something the more difficult it gets.

One after another, obstacles turn up to stall us or put us a few steps back. We get frustrated, angry, and disappointed in our failure to accomplish the task.

This is where we need to take a big step back, collect ourselves, and take a look at things from the outside in. It takes humility and courage, but this can be the only way we can identify what it is that is holding us back. If we truly remove ourselves from the activity, we often can see "US" being the problem. We look everywhere for answers and blame anything we can. We don't want to admit it's us because, "there's no way I would sabotage something I want to badly, would I?"

The answer may be that we are the problem.

Stop blaming and look for solutions.

Analyze yourself and your actions to discover hidden issues.

Turn to others and ask for their opinion.

When all else fails, start over......but by all means, keep yourself from being the problem!

Once you do, it's full speed ahead!

Here are some uplifting and thought provoking nuggets you will find helpful when you are stuck.

I'm hoping you will read just the right one at the right time--because it could make all the difference!
