Stretch and Warm-Ups

Warm-ups are essential for the beginning of every practice, to ensure the quarterback's muscles - particularly the throwing muscles - are prepared for the upcoming activities. It is best for a quarterback to develop a regular warm-up routine to prepare himself for the day's drills. The warm-ups we present include upper- and lower-body stretches and a focus on the throwing arm. Have your youngsters take this seriously because all the rest will be fun!
