    • Basic QB Body Position
      • Upright position, with eyes forward and looking downfield, shoulders square and parallel to the line of scrimmage, all to see the defense.
      • Athletic position, with bends in the ankles, knees and hips.
      • Feet shoulder-width apart, with the weight on the balls of the feet.
      • Arms extended in front of the body and both hands ready to catch the ball, with a slight bend in the elbows for "give" when the snap arrives.
